I too suffer from anxiety symptoms. I even remember taking an aspirin before going to bed. Its pretty scary stuff. You feel so helpless. I'm a 34 year old female who feels about 70 years old sometimes. Sometime i wanna kill myself. I just was thinking. I hope your contest helps some of you who are worried about your symptoms.
